General Dynamics Electric Boat celebrated a historic float off today. The EB-built USS Nautilus, the world’s first nuclear-powered submarine, left her home at the Submarine Force Library and Museum for Subase New London where she will undergo maintenance that will help preserve this national treasure. General Dynamics Electric Boat will lead the maintenance of Nautilus, which will include skilled tradespeople and a team from Mystic Seaport. | General Dynamics Electric Boat
