Video 589 Walmart had over a 70 percent annual employee turnover and Costcos annual employee turnover is under 7 percent. With only three dollars more on average an hour at Costco, why is there such a gigantic difference? It has to be how people are treated, the benefits, the schedule flexibility, and most importantly, the culture.
