EMMA MAE [a.k.a. Black Sister's Revenge] (1976) is a brilliant film made by the late Jamaa Fanaka. Shot on location in Watts, California, and with a cast of mostly non-professional actors; this film is a great example of vivid and independent film making in the 1970s.
