Another way to create pattern is to use a thinly rolled-out layer of Air Dry Clay (I used ​⁠Sculpey Air Dry Clay) then evenly press a texture sheet/mould or stamp dusted with cornstarch into the clay (I used ⁠​⁠Zuri Designs Inc @ Moroccan Motif texture sheet). Glue while wet to surface. I like to let my clay rest about 30 mins or so to give the top a little crust so it’s easier to press onto surface without smoothing the pattern.
